What caterer do you work with? Our onsite caterer is Lofty Catering. Feel free to contact them for a consultation. You are not required to use any of our vendors. You may use whomever you choose or provide your own food.

Do you allow alcohol? Beer, wine, and champagne may be served, but if mixed drinks are to be served, a licensed bartender must be hired. You can bring in your own alcohol or purchase a bar package with Lofty Catering.

One of my party is in a wheelchair, can you accommodate? Loft 1023 is not handicapped accessible at this time. We have a stair climber seat upon request.

What is your capacity? We can safely house 200.

How do you deal with having a reception and a wedding? The Loft is divided into two sides which connect with a small landing. This allows you to have a wedding on one side and a reception on the other, or reception food, etc. on one side and dancing on the other, or smaller events can just use one side for a more intimate feel. You may set up your event as you choose.

How many parking spots do you have? Parking for Loft 1023 is downtown parking; there are plenty of spots around us. Parking is directed by our security team leading up to your event.

Do you allow Candles? Candles are permitted in containers that you provide. If renting our centerpieces, no wax is permitted only battery operated candles.

Do we have to use your tables and chairs? No - However tables and chairs are included in some of our packages. Contact us today to get more information.
